Sekoia is a great system. We went live recently and everything from the training before hand and support after going live has been fantastic. The system is incredibly person centre and has some excellent features, with more on the way. Overall, it has made a significant impact in the reducing the time spent filling out paper work, and giving the care team more time in their day to spend with service users.

I've been using sekoia since August 2021 and this has made my work so much more convenient and efficient! Beforehand, we would write copious amounts of information about the clients thus increasing paper usage and now any information required, I can find locally within sekoia with ease. As a support worker, this makes me extremely happy. My favourite feature is being able to load photos of the clients during their activities and being able to refer back to this when needed. Sekoia is a great addition to my working life.
