AVOID this company at all costs! I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I purchased! Customer service and communication is unprofessional and not helpful. Received missing items it the package so I was unable to give my child his present on Xmas day. Hoverboard was cracked with European plug and German instructions! Reply from below comment: People have to buy Christmas presents early?! I’m a single mother, this item was expensive! The item is faulty and has damage. I made contact with you on Christmas Eve! When it came to my attention that I was unable to give my son his gift!

Before spending a penny with these guys I just hope you’ve already read the reviews or paid via PayPal or a credit card so you’ve some level of consumer protection. I’ve still yet to receive a reply after parting with ££££. Please avoid at all costs. If you ring the phone number you’ll be held for 20mins before being disconnected. As a parent I used this website to buy a Segway Ninebot instead I got a whole lot of disappointment. Fortunately I got my money back via PayPal which is a testament to them. Avoid Updated reply. Good to finally have communication with you! Firstly your website did/does say pre-order with a date. However you did not send an email or receipts when purchased. Repeated attempts to call your office, shop or outlet all failed after 20mins? The discounted price is relatively the same as other online stores, the selling point was not the cost but your locality, you are based within the U.K. etc. We purchased from the Netherlands (Voltes) with good stock levels and excellent communication. I wasn’t assuming a bad experience nor a bad review but it’s realistic to my experience. Hopefully you can learn something from the many reviews you’ve already received. I bought the segway and cart last Christmas and was really happy with the service and product. When the segway went faulty in August customer services were amazing and the segway was sent for repairs on 14th Sept. Since then however I have made repeated attempts to phone, email and leave messages on their answer phone to no avail. The last communication I had via email was to say the board was fixed and should be delivered on the Wednesday following the 10th of October. Amazingly I got through on the phone some time after this to be told that they had no idea what was going on and would get back to me I am still waiting. If anyone has any alternative ways of getting hold of someone please let me know. The answer phone I am guessing is now full and I am no longer able to leave message.

Placed an order for 2 hummer go karts one working as it shuld the other the battery wuldent hold charge so thay sent me another and the segway was dangerous when goin backwards and forwards it wuld just throw you off ? Hopfuly 3rd one is a good one wuldent order again get one from currys or a proper place hope this helps.

Recently purchased 2 hummer kart bundles at the same time and have only received 1 of the bundles and dpd said that they have no other delivery's for me and the company won't contact me and I can't get hold of them on the fun, coming close to Christmas and can't get the same one anywhere else. Very disappointed

Placed an order for a car for my grandson. Paid by PayPal. Order cancelled by Segway, reason told no carriage paid. Placed the order again paying 55.00 for carriage, email to say car was despatched. One hour later, notification email stating order cancelled damaged in transit, no white cars left. Something not quite right here. Told five days for a refund. Not acceptable Poor service, abysmal communication.

Bought a ninebot kick scooter for near on £700, worked fine for 3 mnths then error code 14 appeared, rang swegwayfunuk & had to pay for courier to return it, theyve now had my scooter for a month, no contact or updates & now they arent answering phone ! So now i have to take legal action just to get my scooter back from them ! Why is this company allowed to continue trading ? Disgusting rip off merchants that will hopefully lose their business completely very soon !

Placed order on 7th December - still awaiting my product now - only days before Xmas Eve. NO RESPONSE from email, They DO NOT ANSWER the phone (just on hold for hours). Very disapointed having spent such a large sum of money. Would only recommend that you AVOID AT ALL costs.

Ordered a bundle on 12th November for immediate delivery. Then notified it would be end of November. Then notified it would be 12th December. Then when still not delivered 15th December. Then 17th December... it’s still not here 😢 ... apparently it might be here for 23rd ... not looking good for Christmas.
