Segen sold me a Solis inverter and a Fox ESS battery. It turns out the two are not compatible. After 7 months of trying to resolve as Segen passed the book to the manufacturers. I have had to give a refund and stuck with a battery that doesnt work and lost thousands. Avoid purchasing from this unhelpful company at all costs. Should not sell a system thats not compatible. Fuming
