I pay for 360mpbs, and I get a solid 360mpbs 24/7. I can run a network log for days and I have never seen the speed drop below 359.6 Yes the WiFi router is a bit poor, but I've never had a good router from any ISP, plus everything on my network runs from wired ethernet. If you have poor speeds, use ethernet Even under ideal conditions, without a £250± router you will not get above 100mpbs on WiFi. In 3 years I've not had a single day with a connection issue, the price is also very competitive compared to other isps for this speed.

Was leaving STL but went back as no other provider able to beat the speed and connectivity. Spoke to Russell in customer services and what a delight. Gave lots of helpful tips and wasn't pushing for getting more money out of us for service. Seen a lot of negative comments but believe in giving positive comments when deserved- Russell certainly did the company proud. Thank you.

If I could give a minus rating I would, one star is far to generous! Poor everything, krap phone line, customer so called services don't reply for a few days, the help chat option don't work as there is never anyone on the other end to help, can't wait for contract to end! Never again! Be warned! Go with another company!

First few months download was amazing, 160mbps, but now I’m lucky to get 3mbps. When I contact Seethelight and they check my speed, lo and behold it’s working fine.. until the next evening. Disappointing

I've never seen such a disorganised company rang up about not having hot water was told an appointment was made nobody turned up at the specified time rang back to be told the advisor didn't remember to book in the appointment only to tell me I had to wait for the next day as they were too busy.

I should have get 18 month free of Sky tv however started to get charge after 4months and see the light are terrible at replying to emails. Now I am stuck paying for Sky as I cant cancel it until end of the 18 month contract. BE AWARE SCAMMERS
