OMG I have just seen Hannah's review and am so relieved that this has happened to someone else, as we also had a terrible experience with Design Concrete and the product they used Beton Cire. They installed it 2 years ago and it immediately started chipping away. They came to repair it once but it just kept chipping. The worst is the sink, where the concrete has completely 'peeled' away and is a health hazard! I tried to get a refund or at least get the owner, Dilip, to restore the damage, but he denied that it was their fault and that it was ours through wear and tear?! So that was how i left it, not knowing what to do next....If i can do you a favour and recommend that you don't use this company, then that will at least make me feel better!

My experience with this company was extremely poor. The examples of Beton Cire shown online, and in their shop, did not in any way match the quality and finish produced by their recommended/preferred expert. No attempt was made to rectify the unsatisfactory result produced and I was eventually obliged to pay a second time to re-do my floor with a different product: whose preferred expert has produced a fabulous result for a more competitive price.
