Nightmare from start to finish. First safe (bought through All Abaout Safes but supplied and delivered by Securikey) arrived via Tufnells (without any tracking information. It had obviously been dropped as the box and pallet were badly damaged. Driver did not ask me to sign any paperwork! Demanded a replacement and that they use another courier, promised to call me to give me a delivery window, called at 0915 to tell me the delivery window was 0835-0935 (lickinly I was at home!). That was the easy part. Instructions supplied with the safe to operate the digital lock were frankly incorrect and were clearly not the latest version. After an hour of frustration (it locks you out for 5 mins after incorrect entries) I called Securikey and finally they e-mailed me the correct version (and could not explain why this was not included with the safe) Safe is good, lady I dealt with at Securikey customer services delightful, but overall cost cutting on courier delivery and very poor communication (no tracking) not acceptable. I have had no follow up from Securikey or All About Safes, says it all really.
