Firstly, this company is paying for dodgy/fake reviews so you need to disregard the high ratings! Secondly, am very shaken from an awful experience that's just happened - got a quote on the phone (was a daytime call out within hours). Guy who then turned up to let us in and replace one simply faulty lock then charged us hundreds of pounds more than quoted (close to £500!) and was then extremely aggressive when we tried to challenge it. He ended up ripping out the lock he just fitted, charging us £240 for the pleasure, and we now have no lock. Will report to trading standards. His name was Stephen.

Agreed to change a lock for £250 then tried to charge additional fees that weren't agreed. Ripped lock out of the door when we wouldn't pay the extra fees, but still took the original money. Total scammers - avoid!
