Secured Openings fixed our shutters, they were on the job for exactly one hour , when finished asked me to sign on a mobile, I assume it was to confirm that they had carried out this job. An hour after they left I received an email from their office claiming that they had been on the job for 3 hours, and had fitted Endlocks none were fitted, and charged me £566.88. When I queried this Bill I was threatened with Bailiffs if I did not pay it in full!!
