This company is a joke didn’t pay me for the work I’ve done left me without work after I left my job to join them no one picks up the phone communication is poor they will sign anyone up and leave you out to dry stay well clear from secure valeting they are a joke I’ve bin in the industry over 15 years and there’s are for sure the worse company to work for Services: Steam cleaning, Wheel washing, Car waxing, Auto interior vacuuming, Full body wash, Seat shampooing

If you’re going to valet for this company take note, they are shady and are liars. We were given uniform on the first day, not one person was told there would be a charge. First payslip, £20 deducted. We were also told that insurance would be £9 a week, first payslip it’s actually £19 a week I also noticed that the code for a used car and a used 4x4 is different but you get the same money for each. A huge used Range Rover Discovery is the same as a tiny used Honda Jazz. The reason the code is different is because Secure charge the customer different prices for each but the poor Valeter doesn’t get anymore money for valeting a big 4x4 You’ve been warned
