One of the most disappointing experiences. Incredibly rude staff with the poorest time management I’ve ever seen. Ordered two sandwiches The Secret Sandwich and the T.L.T (both not including any ingredient that needs to be cooked). Waited for 45 min at least as delivery people came in and out and the place filled up. Many other customers were going up to ask where their food is with the “2 more minutes” response that never came to be. Once our food finally arrived, not a sorry or explanation for the almost 50 minute wait for a 3 minute sandwich assembly. A supermarket refrigerator sandwich has more flavor than what I paid £12 for here. Do not recommend to my worst enemy!
