Such a lovely company, will definitely be buying from them again! I am a returning customer as I love their products and I ordered a new nightie for my labour hospital bag. They accidentally sent the wrong thing so I emailed them to ask for the correct nightie and that I needed it quite soon as am heavily pregnant. One of their lovely employees rang me back and 24 hours later I have received the correct nightie and they have been very kind and given me an extra one as well, such a lovely surprise, thank you so much!

I can not say enough good things about Secret Linen Store and their team. The bedding is absolutely beautiful. My wife bought a nightie and Royal Mail said they delivered but we hadn't received it. We contacted Secret Linen and they were amazing. They said leave it with us and the problem was immediately solved. My wife is also very very happy with the nightie. Whenever I see brilliant service I cant help but want to comment and I hope this company does really well. Thankyou!!
