    I bought two second-hand full spec Herman Miller Aeron chairs. I never saw them in person, so was not entirely sure what to expect. I spoke with Simon H. through email, who patiently replied to all my questions and provided photos, plus a detailed description of the chairs condition. The payment and delivery arrangements were straight-foward and in a matter of a few days, the chairs were in my possession. They looked almost brand new and arrived inside Herman Miller cardboard boxes. It felt as if I had bought them directly from the brand itself. My pallet delivery was handled by a separate service. Simon kindly redirected my order to Phillip C. who was in charge of delivery arrangements. It was a smooth process, you don't get tracking functionality, but I had an estimate day and arrival slot (AM, PM). The driver gave me a quick call a few minutes before arrival and left the pallet at the kerbside (as agreed). In summary, I would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to my friends.
