Overpriced junk. Purchased 4 boxes of incense sticks which all had a Ā£2 sticker on them. The man charged me Ā£3.50 each. Iām not even a tourist and I get mugged off in my own city.

NEGATIVE!!!! Please be careful before you make a purchase from this seller, I made a purchase of a coral necklace I paid Ā£80 a few weeks later the necklace fell from my neck luckily I noticed. I returned to the shop not for a refund but to get it repaired. The seller told me that it is not his job to fix it and I should go to another place to get it repaired. SHOCK! HORROR! I am so disappointed with this seller that he has lost my custom and any good karma.

I am a collector, MBD of a prominent Islamic Museum. I had been purchasing a substantial collection for a professional project the last year. I know the objects and market well. This twisted man started screaming at me and physically assaulted me when I asked the price of an Indian miniature on ivory, I have two of the same period and style whose detailing and subject matter are more detailed. It was priced at around a couple of grand, the ivory plaques usually have a market value of 1-1500. He attacked like a crazy lunatic when I asked if he could make a reduction - this is after I had a list of about 10 other items I wanted to buy and did not ask a discount for. Furthermore he has a reputation for dodgy dealing which is unsurprising judging from his vile character and communication. Has a bad reputation in the area.
