Avoid SEAT!!! My car is less than 10 years old and its Bluetooth and navigation system relies on a separate battery which ran to the ground and stopped. SEAT stands completely incapable to repair the issue or offer any solutions and GARMIN (the manufacturer) doesn't support this model anymore. The customer services employees were useless specifically "Kisha" and "Aldene" and their managers. They referred me to local dealer who wouldn't work on or repair a part made by Garmin!

Very poor customer service I brought a seat leon fr from their letchworth dealership and nothing but issues with it. After the car was 3 years old I had pedal box movement then 18 months later slave cylinder went and now a year later heater matrix. Contacted seat uk head office and they are not interested what's so ever, think trading standards needs to be involved with these cowboys

Because I was unable to configure the Seat Leon Estate EV I will no longer be inspired to look at the Seat Range. Also I was unable to send my complaint the Seat websites form as it failed to send and is not that easy to complete anyway.

Dealerships are horrendous!!! Advertise cars on Autotrader at one price - you call to purchase the vehicle and it's either not available anymore or the price was wrong - this was not just one dealer but multiple - a despicable way to operate. Would never buy a SEAT ever again.

Extremely disappointed that Seat have taken safety features of the Ateca that were on the previous model and on the Arona, in SE Tech spec they had adaptive cruise control, a valuable safety feature. I purchased my 3rd new Seat in November 2020, unable to test drive due to Covid I thought it doesn't matter go for the same spec as the Arona I'm trading in. No adaptive cruise control! I basically feel it's a con, they brag about the safety features and then remove them from the same spec cars, needless to say it will be the last Seat I buy.
