I got married just over 6 months ago. I had 6 weeks til my wedding. This shop was awful. Absolute nightmare. During my consultation the designer was so lovely and ensured everything will be okay. They said the dress will be ready in 4 weeks…. It was ready a few days before my wedding. I had to travel to Birmingham to pick it up. Thats not the worst part. The worst part is my lengha was SHORT. I was so upset. My belly was showing and the lengha was short even though I am a Muslim woman. While I was in the shop there was work being done upstairs. The spotlights were nearly falling on our heads along with dust from the work going on. I was given no help for my short lengha. I got an angry call from the designer saying I wanted this…. Why would I want a sjort lengha. Then she said the skirt will “drop”. It did NOT drop. I left the store in near tears, and only a strip of fabric that I pleaded for. The day before my wedding, my poor mum used that strip of fabric to make the lengha longer. And even then, I had to emergency buy kitten heels, even though 4inches was accounted for originally. I never ever got a refund. I was getting calls from the designer on my honeymoon so I ignored her. To be honest I didnt want to ever think about this experience again. But I thought everyone should know to please AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Came in here very last minute looking for a dress. Nargis was so sweet and helpful, and was able to make the dress exactly as I wanted. The team managed to order and deliver the piece super quickly and made it such an easy and smooth process. Amazing customer service and I’m super happy to have gone with this team. ordered my wedding outfit here on the last weekend in may. i know asian wedding outfits can take a lot of time to make/arrive so they said they'll have it ready by mid-end of august. it actually arrived last week of july, less than 2 months after i placed the order. it was perfect! they made the sleeves exactly as i wanted, and added extra detail slightly different to how it was on the display dress to the actual dress and scarf too. plus it was ready in record time! we've had bad experiences with wedding outfits elsewhere, but very glad we found this shop as they have been nothing but helpful. would 100% recommend!

So disgusted and disappointed, came in with family, who travelled quite far to see outfits from this shop in particular, lady stood near sarees was rude when asked whether the bridal area could have been shown to us, in reply to this she and other staff deterred us to the area of ‘heavy suits’ which by the way we’d already seen and with the wedding coming up I wanted to see something heavier, but felt like I wasn’t allowed to with the atmosphere that was left in the shop. Wouldn’t recommend this shop, customer service skills clearly need to be addressed by staff.
