I have previous experience of a detox and was somewhat apprehensive about going into seasons because of this......but to my surprise i hardly felt a thing during my detox and was still able to function and take part in the daily programmes. Is this God....a miricale I wondered.....hmmmm.....or just a great team composed of people who genuinly caere and know what they are doing i.....i think so!!!Forever grateful for my stay at that was quite enjoyable at times........5 star's from me ......although the hallway needs a lick of paint and the leg on tbat sofa is dodgey lol x

This was my 4th time in treatment, what can I say staff are strict wich us addicts need in all fairness we are selfish creatures always wanting, firm but fair is how I'd put it, accommodation was tidy met some amazing people from all walks of life, food was average, my detox was very comfortable, now alcohol free and learned alot of tools this time round, sober life is the best life to anyone going here I wish you all the best ... :) 😀

Firstly Charles, Donna & Sarah welcomed me with open arms and made me feel as comfortable as possible which was just what I needed given the situation I was in ! Throughout the treatment my key-workers gave me all the knowledge I needed to help me on my journey which I now feel very confident about! Seasons activities & groups are great, the chef accommodates your needs and it is all ways freshly prepared food with a smile ! The piers in my house were extremely friendly, this made my name at seasons go very smoothly. If anybody reads this who is in need of help don’t wait until it’s too late, I can honestly say seasons was a major part of saving my life, my only disappointment was leaving! As someone who has been to multiple treatment centres, I can't speak highly enough of seasons. I came into seasons completely dependent on alcohol and drugs but also completely broken. They loved me until I could learn to love myself. I had one to one counselling and psychotherapy and also received group therapy which was challenging but also a very rewarding experience. The staff and volunteers went above and beyond to help me and also my family. I learned so much about the disease of addiction but I also learned so much about myself through talking openly and honestly in group but also to the staff on a one to one basis. It really does feel like one big family at seasons all everyone wants us for people to get well and start to live a happy and joyous life free from alcohol and drugs and that's what I have today. I'm free today and I'm living the life I have always wanted to live and seasons has played a massive part in that. I did my detox at seasons and I can’t thank the staff and the organisation enough. I had been in active addiction for over 20 years, this was my first time in recovery and I was scared and anxious arriving on my first day but I was made to feel at ease by the staff.
