  Seasoned was our chosen caterer for our Launch Event held at Somerset House back in September 2021. We were given a very high level of service from the get go and choosing from menu for the canapes was so difficult as it all sounded so delicious. Having eventually chosen, the real life versions didn't disappoint, all the food that was served was perfection and we received many compliments on the evening. Seasoned also provided the bar which was manned by a very friendly, efficient team. I'm positive the level of service our guests received from Seasoned contributed to such a successful evening, and we would not hesitate to use again. Thank you again.

  I have such praise for everything from the team of chefs and waiters. All guests including the teo guest of honours stated how fantastic the food was. They all stated how tasty it all was from the very start with the canapes the great food stations and ending with the bowl food people were bursting (very contented) 😊 Everybody said the servers were EXCELLENT from the food station helpfulness to the waiters clearing the tables & not being at all intrusive. All friendly funny and generally talking with the guests. The bar staff were exceptional as well dealing with everyone’s request all with a joke and a smile no one was queuing and fluffing about…. Not sure what else to say really…. Thank you.

  The party was fantastic. It far exceeded our expectations and managed to thrilled our staff and guests. Your team blew me away. Terry as an event manager was an absolute gift. Our plans were complicated with suppliers and details and cramming so much into such an awkward space – but he took the bull by the horns and ran with it – brilliantly. There’s not a single thing better to have in your arsenal than experience and we were in very safe hands. The serving staff were all charming and well informed about the food – they explained everything with confidence and a smile – we really felt like they were having a great time too – that makes SUCH a difference to how guests feel. The creativity of the food served was also great. The food stations were beautifully set up and the troops were very impressed with both the style and the volume. Our guys are like piranhas when it comes to food – and the curry just flew! The quality of the cold meats and antipasti on the Borough Market station was mentioned more than once! The really cool thing was our “space room” for dessert. Terry just got my idea and between him and chef and our daft decorations it was just what I wanted and nice little side touch that appealed to the team. I was running around like mad person - with the added pressure of my debut as the front women of our in-house band – one of our suppliers arrived late and was flustered, our DJ arrive 20 mins before the party stared (but turned out to be a great choice and appreciated as part of our package) and our sound check was all going on… but I felt I could trust your team to get it all sorted out for us and nothing beats feeling like you’re in a safe pair of hands on such occasions.
