We purchased our Season Spa in July last year, and it's been great. We love it. We had some issues with the control panel, but this was speedily rectified. I couldn't fault the team at the speed of the replacement part and fitting this. Everyone was super friendly in the show room, we got to sit in and try out various tubs before we made our decision. No pressure on the sales part, was a really enjoyable experience. Great customer service and I fully trust the support we'd get from them should we need it later down the line. - spot on. If anything maybe a little more information upfront on the plug and play model about the cabling we would need to have available for the installation, (luckily we had an electrician round when they came to install so plenty of cable available). and that the lid lifter would need to be fitted ourselves. There are hundreds of fragrances to choose from and beautiful vessels to hold your fragrance in. The lamps are not only to fragrance your house they have unbelievable properties to purify the air you breath. They erradicate cooking smells, pet odour cigarrette smoke and also cleanse the air, which is great for people suffering from respiratory problems. A really essential purchase especially in our current COVID-19 climate. You wont be dissapointed with your purchase and no doubt will receive endless compliments when people enter your home, complimenting you on the fragrance and also feeling comfortable and safe breathing in the cleasened and purified air. Brilliant company. I enquired about a hot tub and 5 days later it was delivered to my house. The service was amazing and so efficient. The people who came to install the tub were very friendly and helpful. They went through everything we needed to know and made sure we understood everything about the tub. The Hot Tub is awesome! It is very straight forward and easy to use, looks lovely in the garden and the whole family love it! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone interested in buying a hot tub. We love ours😁
