Aside from the poor performance of any advertising they sell for their 'magazines' (which have been the worse performing of any publication we've ever used. Their 'readership' numbers seem to be very inaccurate as the magazines get thrown and sent everywhere for free to increase readership numbers. The content is so poor that no-one reads them anyway (It's just adverts and advertorials, hiding as content - that's it!). Worse than a poor publication for advertising though, they continue to abuse their access to chamber databases and connections to chamber organisations to hassle and harangue new (and uninformed) businesses to buy their overpriced advertising and advertorials. It just doesn't stop - despite repeated requests. Their publications include: Business Intelligence Business Connect Business Network Chamberlink Inbusiness Northants Inbusiness Mk Business Voice Do not ever do business with this organisation and avoid giving them your details at all costs!

Similar to other reviewers here, after joining the chamber of commerce, they pressure sell ads in the magazine, complete scam. Charged me £1400 for 3 months of adverts which lead to zero business. Avoid.

Awful company to work with. Pressured and rushed calls to get a contract signed which ended up being something we hadn't even discussed(!) which was a listing on a search website... that of course, Kemps own! Thought maybe I had made an error by signing the contract while blindly believing it was for what the rep told me on the phone... looks as though this is a frequent trick of theirs from other reviews!

This company contacted me after joining the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce. They literally hound you with emails and telephone calls giving the impression they are calling from the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce which they are not. They pressure sell advertising in the Birmingham Chamber's Chamberlink Magazine. When I contacted them to get the artwork released for an ad they didn't get back to me for a week (total opposite of how they harass you) and then charged me £120 excess to get it released and gave it in a uneditable format. Birmingham Chamber of Commerce should stop doing with this company as they are giving them a bad name as well as harassing new Chamber Members. These guys will call you every 10 - 20 minutes if you don't get back to a sales email. I see most the reviews make the same point.

well john kennedy isnt a fake review not cause i dont know how he has got anything back from advertising with them, I'd like to know what company he is and ask him what hes doing right that i'm doing wrong cause in the past 2 years I have had nothing but more calls from them asking me to do more advertising and if i spend more go bigger will be seen guess what ? yep nothing

bit suss that the only 2 good reviews are from one person who works there and the other person only has one review which is Kemps reeks of an inside review writer. I have found thiscompany to be overbearing almost desperate to get me to sign over priced orders and are obvc commision based, I did sign and as expected have had zero enquiries (MORE FOOL ME) and now am getting harassed to buy more and will not py attention to my constant No's and do not call me again !
