Not the worst caravan holiday we have been on but nowhere near the best. We went the week before the May half term and hardly any of the attractions were open, even though it was pretty busy. The swimming pool has a ratio on the children in the pool per adult so we couldn't take all four kids in together. Even though our kids are very strong swimmers. We have never had that at any other sites before. The food wasn't great. We stayed in West Sands and most places were shut, definitely check what's open before you come along! Smokey's was terrible and the least smokiest food I have ever had and small portions for the money. On the plus sides, the staff are all super friendly, entertainment was great and it's well worth the short bus ride or 15 min walk to get to the other sites as they are far better than the West Sands resorts.

Arrived yesterday and got settled into a caravan to realise we were infested with ants. All resolved by staff and house keeping and received an upgrade. Many thanks for all you help guys.
