We’ve just been for a week stay at the west sands part of seal bay. The staff are absolutely out of this world. My son hurt himself in the soft play but they were all super with him and helped me massively with calming him down, first aid was spot on and they couldn’t have been friendlier and more attentive. The entertainment and restaurant was defiantly better on the white horse side but they provide a free shuttle every half hour to get there. The prices were expensive for food in the main restaurant in west sands but as a whole it was a lovely stay. Will definitely come back!

We arrived the week before half term. Lots of the facilities were closed, including the small pool and the fun fair on Wednesday. A lot of the eating hatches were also closed . We had a 15mth old who was sick, so we cleaned up best we could, called housekeeping 4 times to attend, noone did. In a hot caravan if was pretty unpleasant. We also had a problem with ants I our rooms.

We had a great time at Seal Bay! I received some fab customer service from Katie Hall, the Reservations Manager. She took the time to look into a problem I had after I got home and made sure that I was updated each step of the way via email. There is plenty to do for the children, the facilities are very clean. We will definitely be visiting again! 😊

Please do not reserve a purchase for a holiday home with this place , I have had a terrible experience where they have not refunded my holding deposit after a month, despite the purchase being cancelled in a day. They will lure you into paying a deposit to reserve a holiday home saying it’s fully refundable but then never look back and give lame excuses ! I am still waiting for a 1000£ from them a month post cancellation. This is shameful on such a big company and reputation . Be cautious or you are at their mercy when on the receiving end , we reluctantly paid due to extreme pressure from sales trusting it’s fully refundable if we changed our mind but now deeply regret! Little did we know the company would take ages to refund the money they owe us.
