This is the only surgery in Hailsham which won't accept paper requests for a repeat prescription! Appalling customer service and a gross exclusion of those who are not digitally confident, are financially constrained and don't have the tech, or are physically unable to use digital equipment. Shame on you. As you can see from their response to my review, diplomacy and customer service are not a strong feature of this surgery. Which demonstrates exactly what family members have told me about this surgery. Let's hope that member of staff felt better after venting their feelings. For everyone else caught up in this mess - Boots the Chemist in Hailsham is being very helpful. Call in and have a talk to the pharmacy staff they are aware of the situation.

Long wait to get through but the woman was kind and helpful when I did. The NHS needs better funding - this is not the fault of staff in individual practices. I would imagine they are working non stop answering calls so all the more impressed with the service when i did get through. When reading these reviews bear in mind the constraints they are under.

Just wanted to take the time to leave a review. I’ve had Tonsillitis repeatedly since October. They have got me in multiple times to see a doctor, including a Saturday appointment. I have had tests and a referral. All very well organised. The phones can take a while to answer but being a receptionist myself that is no fault of the practice. They cannot help the number of calls they receive, so cannot be to blame for that. Also had a telephone appointment for an unrelated condition and got the call 10 minutes after the appointment was arranged. 5 stars for a wonderful team.

I have been with this surgery for over 10 yrs and have always found them to be kind, helpful and go the extra mile to provide a brilliant service. I have always managed to get appointments including a 7am one this morning due to continued ilness. Brilliant staff working under very stressful times.

Spent all day on a 'triage' list to get to 6 o'clock and be told the doctors missed me, and they are closed so it's too late

I have nothing but good to say about this practice. I have been called for annual check up and now for a routine blood test. Very efficient. Last year when I was ill the reception staff were all very sympathetic and the Dr called me on several occasions. Everyone is very helpful and courteous. This is definitely the best surgery I have been with.

This surgery isn’t fit for purpose, haven’t needed it for years and it’s impossible to see a doctor, I would avoid at all costs!

I have had a good experience from the staff here, all reception staff were helpful, Leanne N.practitioner and Dr Hashem Soozandehfar were most helpful. Thank you. Only thing I would add, your phone systems show as a private number on mobile phones, most phones have technology that divert these types of calls, would be helpful if caller display showed, staff were very understanding of this and arranged a call back.

This place is a joke.... i wouldn't take someone i hate to this place! Danger to pubilc. My grandfather goes there and was only told he had Stage 3 kidney disease 3 years after they found it. But never told us. They are a danger to society!

I'm wishing this practice to forward the medical records. There is nearly 9 years of my late mother's missing. (and 6 years of mine being the other practices claim they haven't got them.) plus my birth records on mine and my mother's. It's been requested for long enough. Reply to response. This was the last practice that my late mother was registered with. This practice has been contacted directly. I had been registered with your practice before and other places claim they haven't got them. Simply doing the rounds to obtain them. P. C. S. E claim they haven't got these records either. An utter disgrace. Thankyou. For your unkind response.
