After turning up at Seaford head which is a completely different course and then finding my way to Seaford I was amazed by the stunning views afforded as you get to the third and you can see across the English channel and catch a glimpse at the chalk white cliffs at Eastbourne. Its a lovely course, a hard course especially with the wind blowing. We had the most amazing day as whilst we were making our way round there was obviously an air showing on nearby so we got the most amazing display from spitfires and the red arrows making their passes. Despite the pleasant distraction it didn't deter from the course and the challenge it posses. I played well and scored badly which felt strange as its not a particularly long course but technically requires great control. Would I drive 2 hours to play it again maybe not but of I was staying a few days and playing a few courses near there I think I would revisit just to take in the views again.
