I've travelled to Ilkley twice now to visit this fabric shop. Each time the shop was open. The first time I was told that it wasn't actually open, even though it was open, and I needed to book an appointment. The second time the shop was open, yet I was told it wasn't actually open and she had forgotten to change the sign round. Extremely rude woman.

I made a special journey to this shop after I checked the web site which stated open now and closes at 3pm. When I arrived at the shop a notice was on the door stating closed for a longer period due to covid. Extremely poor customer service. Web site should be updated immediately.
