Our boiler had been leaking water, so we called sgs to come and fix it for us. They arrived in good time, they got straight to work fixing it, they were very easy to talk to, they explained what had happened and what they were doing to repair the boiler. They were two lovely gentlemen who talked to my kids and me with great respect. They were very professional. I can 100% recommend this company. Woke up to a broken boiler this morning, and when I rang SGS the lovely lady on the other end of the phone walked me through a few potential quick fixes in case they could sort me out there and then. When none of those worked, they booked a technician in for a few hours later and let me know in advance how much that was going to cost. Steve then kindly called to let me know when he was five minutes away. He quickly found and fixed the problem, walking me through exactly what had gone wrong and what he'd done to fix it. Lovely people, totally professional, and I'll definitely be using SGS again! Service: Heating system repair
