Very let down, we paid £60 odd for our family, the shark enclosure was closed, penguin Island was closed and no otters to be seen!! Understandably at times things need to be closed, however if half the park is closed then I think we should be refunded part of the cost!! And if you are aware you need to close bits then it should be stated on the website. As a family we were very excited to attend and we left feeling disappointed! Had a far better day out at Bridlington Animal Park, more to see and for £35!!
