I visited with my grandchildren hardly any staff coffee made was cold took it back expensive snacks they could not even do a toasted sandwich properly ! Limited menu with untrained staff! You can’t take own snacks with admission expensive enough

This is our first visit, really friendly staff member dealing with the sales and food area. Soft play is clean and well maintained, I'm going to struggle to get my little one to leave! My son is 3 and competent to go on all soft play available but still a lot of fun for the older children too.

Needs more for child aged 8_10 to keep them busy plus more stimulating toys & dress up clothes & repaint walls & fix toys as my children love it here but needs an update & more meal choices for all family @ reasonable prices though 😉

We had a very positive experience and lots of fun throughout the hole time. The sea life is a very clean place and has polite as well as cooperative staff members. The place is safe and ready to be explored by young children.
