What amenities are included in the cottage rental?

Our cottages at Sea Breeze come fully equipped with a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedrooms with fresh linens. We provide towels, basic toiletries, and a starter supply of paper products. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils. In addition, our cottages have access to shared amenities such as a pool, playground, and beach access.

What is the check-in/check-out process?

Our check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. We ask that guests notify us if they will be arriving after 5:00 pm. Upon arrival, guests will need to check in at our front desk to receive keys and any additional information about their stay. At check-out, we ask that guests return their keys to the front desk and leave the cottage in good condition.

What is the cancellation policy for cottage rentals?

We have a 14-day cancellation policy for all cottage rentals. If a cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the reservation, a full refund will be given. If a cancellation is made within 14 days of the reservation, the guest will be charged for one night's stay.

Are pets allowed in the cottages?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our cottages at Sea Breeze. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Is there a minimum stay requirement for cottage rentals?

During peak season, we have a minimum stay requirement of three nights for cottage rentals. During off-peak season, there is no minimum stay requirement, although we do offer discounts for longer stays. Please contact us for more information.
