Do not use this company I’ve been waiting over 3 months for labels. I was sent half of my order end of January (they didn’t realise it wasn’t the full order) after a month/2 month of waiting After contacting them it’s taken them so long to print the other half they still haven’t sent me the other half. The labels came out green and not the colour I wanted. The finish was incorrect The information I provided to them was ‘lost’ and resent multiple times. They cannot get labels right and I’m having to deal with incorrect labels to start a new business. I started talking to them in December 2021 and had made orders. Unprofessional and lack of apology/empathy having to wait to start my business. Avoid.

Saw an advert on Facebook and ordered some stickers from them. I had limited time to print and receive them as these stickers wasn't in my plan but surprisingly they printed them and posted them next day and I received them just day after. Also I should mention my order wasn't even for £10 but once I get the quotation from them they did followed up my order and asked if I wants to go ahead. Called few other competitors (because this wasn't in my budget) and after I told them my quantity they started work out the price and didn't even bother to do my order 😆. But SD print was more than happy to help me with my limited budget and limited time scale. Spoke to Dwayne and you Don't believe me his customer service skills he got. What a great person..! who thinks and help to support small business women like me. The quality of the stickers were outstanding and I have no idea how they do it for that price. Definitely recommend them and I am placing my future orders with them too.

Considering I had some work done by sd prints last year I decided to go back to them. I dropped my clothing off and was told they would take 5days to print. Unfortunately 3days after the actual collection date I was told their printer had gone bust yet the company did not think to let me know. 20days later I ended up going to collect my things back from sd prints as I was told on the monday they would be done on the tuesday on the tuesday I was asked to send my logo as they didn't have it. (Which means they had no intention of getting my clothing done when I dropped them on the 31st august.. i was seriously annoyed by this and was not happy with either the customer service and the responses i was given:( i collected my things 20th September with not one item printed !! Not to mention mot once did i get a sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Good printing they provide but terrible response and customer service Will never go here again !
