    Zero communication no update on dogs. The new owners are not great. No acknowledgement of payment takes forever to answer a simple question if answered at all. I feel I can’t trust someone to look after my dog if I don’t have consistent communication. I won’t be taking my dog back.

    We have been bringing our huskies to the Elms since 2004, our first pair before our current ones. We first brought them when we lived in Doncaster, but all our dogs have enjoyed so much love and care with Gill and Tony, that after moving to Durham we now happily travel an hour and a half to get there. We can always enjoy our holidays knowing that our dogs are safe, secure and looked after properly. We have often recommended these kennels and will continue to do so, they know dogs and care about each and every one.
