Was very disappointed with this dealer. I ordered a car (Vauxhall Tigra) which they were asking top money for a car of that model. I traveled a long way to collect the car. I get a phone call when on the train to say the roof was faulty, after I had been told the car would be in full working order. On top of this the car was in a terrible condition cosmetically, far worse than you would expect for one at that price. I was even given the ‘it’s a used car’ line. Which does not excuse all 4 alloys being recked, a dint in the bonnet, Mold on the seals and scratches on all of the bodywork. The car had also not been cleaned or valeted. Also based on the fact I was in no rush for the car and had explained this giving them 7 weeks to get it ready and would have waited longer if needed. In this time some alloy wheel repairs, smart repairs and bit of work could have made this a great car. To top it off a bit of a dodgy MOT had been done as the rear tyres should have been an advisory based on some cracking on the tyres, and somehow 70 extra miles on the car since the advert. The positive I can say is that when I told them I wasn’t going ahead they did try to appease me with some money off but it wasn’t enough. Once this had all been settled my deposit was returned in good time and the finance was unwound. All could have been avoided with an accurate advert, a bit of work and bit more communication on their part.

I went to their shop couple of days ago after I saw the car that I was looking for. It was almost 6pm but Shab and Q were realy helpful. They took me to a proper test drive that I was able to test the car to its limit. Almost in 1.5hrs, everything was done with some with some nice gifts as their gestures. Thank you guys.

I bought an over priced jaguar from these muppets, it promptly broke down with terminal engine fault after a few hundred miles , dealer didnt wanna know had to be forced to repair, which apparently their still attempting four months after breakdown avoid!!!! they are scammers!!!

Sanad and the team are friendly honourable bunch, I bought a car earlier this month, had a few issues, they offered me a courtesy car and then a refund. An honest car dealer is a rarity in this day and age. The team were always there on hand to help. Be careful when buying from this branch. They do not check their cars. After 4 months of having a car I bought from them, my car did not pass its MOT. They sold me a worthless warranty and told me to go on eBay to buy parts to replace corroded. They should not be allowed to trade.

Extremely disappointing, was trying to buy online a A6 Avant, but they wasn't very honest in explaining the condition of the vehicle! punctured leather, engine vibrating, rust spots and numerous other things which was explained to me by the AA man so ended up with a £345 AA inspection bill and a complete waste of a £500 deposit amazingly non-refundable what a surprise. Stay well clear some people enjoy being unhelpful and greedy. Have to give 1 star as wont let me post with zero, though thats far too good.

I needed a reliable vehicle for work so I purchased a Mercedes C-Class with a low mileage from SCS Autos. Within 6 days and less than 150 miles, it started having severe engine trouble and it was not safely drivable. When I took it to my local garage, they told me the dealership was likely aware of this issue when they sold it to me and it was far beyond what would reasonably be expected of normal wear and tear. I informed SCS Autos that I wanted to return the vehicle for a refund under the 'short term right to reject' in the Consumer Rights Act. They refused. After a lot of communication, they stated that they would repair it using a warranty at their chosen garage. Given how quickly the car broke down, I assessed that the dealership and their chosen garage could not be trusted and I would still not be able to rely on the car. I informed them again that I still wanted a refund. Despite the consumer rights act clearly protecting me and allowing me to reject the car for a full refund, SCS Autos refused. After some more communication, they said they would only consider a part refund if I paid a (not insignificant) admin fee. Still without a car and no way to get to work, I reluctantly paid the admin fee to walk away from the situation. (I simply could not keep my job without a car while I went through a protracted legal dispute). It is up to you whether you choose to purchase a vehicle from this dealership but my advise would be to actively avoid them. Purchasing a car is a large expense for most people and purchasing from a dealership that so clearly ignores the 'Consumer Rights Act' is not advisable.
