We ordered glasses and waited a month. Every day the staff was told to wait another 2 days for another 3 days. In total, we did it in a month. The glasses were not the same, and when we asked to redo them, they refused us. We asked for a refund, and as a result we have been waiting for a refund for 3 weeks and still have not received it. I called them at the main office, they said that there was no information about us and the refund in the system. I'm shocked. The staff is not very friendly. If you want to save yourself money, time and nerves, choose another store.

Excellent service. I needed an emergency appointment and I managed to get a same day appointment. The staff members are friendly and professional. I saw Dr Sumaya Rahman and after thoroughly examining my eyes, she prescribed me eye drops. I am already feeling better and I will definitely return in the future.
