Always good service. However, parking outside is limited. You can park in the bays on Commercial Road for up to an hour for free 7am - 7pm Monday to Saturday.

Great piece to get all your DIY stuff, plumbing, hardware, and tools. You go in and browse their products on a touchscreen, then pay at the counter. Or order online for collection. Easy. The staff are helpful too, if you need help picking out things and ask.

Always long queues, 10 mins plus. Always same excuse, short staffed. Staff present are stretched to the limit and it shows in their conduct with customers. When you have ordered & paid online you expect some sort of express service but unfortunately that’s not the case here. When you do come to collect remember to check in using one of their tablets. It’s not very clearly signed in store, you would assume they are there purely to browse and order.
