This review is for this store only not screwfix overall everytime you place a click and collect even after 1 hour the order is not picked and ready once you arrive to store as I'm a plumbfix customer I have to use the normal side as trade takes longer when it should be other way around they need to go down to the aston branch and get some tips you walk in and walk out within minutes orders are always ready

Bast***s. Came here to collect my order and got hit with £290 parking fine for parking longer than permitted. Didn't see any signs for parking limitations and was there an hour at most. Asked Screwfix to help as I went there to collect order and have receipt but they said is not their problem. Lost customer for good.

Worst screw fix I've ever visited. Been multiple times and only ever one person serving, stand there for over 10 minutes waiting for the product to come out. Awful service.
