Staff or should I say one lady middle age blond with an aggressive attitude as I asked if she could lower her face mask so I might lip read as I'm hearing impaired, she was quite aggressive telling me to go to a monitor and order product As I have other health issues I don't want to shear with a shop full customers

I have been using Screwfix Solihull for years as an Electrician trader. The team here i have found to be excellent, speed of service , friendliness, product knowledge .... all 5 star. My experience as i approach retirement is that if you are friendly and supportive of your suppliers, they will and do support you in return. If you moan and groan at every opportunity then dont be surprised if people dont bust a gut to to support you. Treat people as you would like to be treated yourself. It aint rocket science. Well done Solihull screwfix ... you are among the best.
