New system for picking up click and collect orders, have to put your order number in an ipad, then wait for the mystical pixie bring your stuff. never checked my ID or offered a receipt. I'm not sure how the system saves time, definitely reduces customer service.

Great place, had to return a faulty padlock which was replaced with no fuss at all. In September 2022 the store has installed 2 tablets that you have to place your order on instead of ordering at the counter. This is a frustrating way of working that makes no sense at all and on our recent visit many people were so frustrated they simply walked out. Not good.
