Just spent over £500 in the sea Croft store. Many small items. I asked for a box. “Don’t do boxes” she said. Asked if I could use the bag to take it all to my car.”cant do that” she said. I asked for help “cant do that nobody available” she said. She unloaded all the small items and piled them up on the counter. Guess what they all spilled out on the the floor as she walked away. Not very helpful and the lady who served me was a proper Karen

8/2/22 at 1823 I went into the shop to get some plumbing bits for the next day. I went up to the counter. There was two members of staff behind the counter, and there were two members of staff outside the smoking. There was only me and one more person in the shop I walked up to the counter. And it asked the stuff for my arms. They pointed behind me and says you need to put it into the computer. I said I have the code here put it onto my account. This is now you have to use the computer computer wanted eight digits are only had a code with six digits. I went back to the counter and said could someone help me and after that I decided to take my business across the road to Toolstation different class. I will not be using Screwfix if there’s any other way because lately that Shop has gone down hill. Staff cannot be bothered the prices have gone up it is pointless Toolstation all the way

I'm sure if you bought a product that was on offer and you had to send it back because it was faulty .should it just be exchanged for another .without haveing to pay the full price before they tuck it back .what's that all about. and staff need to people training .not a happy customer.

If you can't be bothered walking up and down the d.i.y store,or if you're in a rush. Then just order on line at screwfix and pick it up at the front desk in store ten minutes later. Brilliant!..

Decent prices - good value, but the App is rubbish. I used to buy so much more by just browsing and thinking "oh yeah need that too..." now its multiple trips... The search function is so specific, its easier to Google "Screwfix +item" than to use the sites own search **Bring back the catalogue**.I find toolstation easier to get everything in one trip by using their catalogue. Shame. As for the App check-in, "I'm here to collect.." I was stood 10 minutes and had to ask. Come on, Screwfix, get your technology right you are losing custom !
