Excellent customer service as always from Alysha, I prefer to be served by her any time I come in. I’m a regular and couldn’t help but leave a review as it’s about time. I wouldn’t go to any other store as they never explain anything clearly and if they do, they don’t know how to smile. This store is great. Talk about service with a smile; you’ll also get a good little chat with the workers.

Poor!!!! Me and my colleague have a trade account and we’re gagging for a refreshing hot coffee to help us through the day when some little Scottish woman dampened our spirits by rejecting us as we weren’t with plumbfix or elecfix whatever daftness it is. Despite just spending £70 at the counter next door. Won’t be coming back, cancelling all accounts. Cheers woman, work mates crying.
