    Even by their own high standards the staff at Screwfix Kingswinford have surpassed themselves. I've just had a call from a young lady at the store who called to say my order was ready to be picked up. She was concerned that it had taken slightly longer than usual to get £3 worth of washers (thanks Brexit) so she had driven to another store to get them so that I wouldn't be kept waiting too long. You rarely get that sort of service any more from small independent shops so to get it from a large organisation is fantastic. Thank you Screwfix Kingswinford.
