Visited the store yesterday with a product needing a specific screw, asked the staff member behind the till if he could help identify a specific screw needed, the staff member was rude stating “we have thousands of screws, could be any” belittled me infront of other customers, another customer noticed and took me to the catalogue at the back and found the product I needed in less than a minute, left and purchased elsewhere.
