I recently bought a shower from Screwfix in Harlow. There was a part missing from the box it came in which I didn’t realise until my plumber had turned up to my home for the install. After ordering my item, then to be told it has to be delivered by the 3rd party company I then had problems with previous item which got sent back. But I had to wait days on end for corrier to collect he was late, then had to wait another 1.5 weeks to get replacement. After receiving my replacement I eventually used it but it was poorly built and begun to not function properly. When I contacted screwfix took me ages to get through then they hung up on me eventually got through and said I want a refund and item to be sent back. They said I would need to contact the 3rd person which I couldn't so they e mailed them took days to hear back from screwfix. Asked for a refund rather then a repair but the 3rd person company said they can only offer a repair re ship. I think screwfix shouldn't use other company's for item its miss selling and not acceptable. If you don't have it in shop DON'T SELL IT
