Such a jolly character. Just who I needed in my hopeless state to fix my washing machine and my dishwater drainers together. I walked in in fear and hopeless. Shelby used her personality and positivity to lighten and liven me up as she gave me a working solution to fix my washing machine and dishwasher problem. I am so grateful, Shelby. Stay delightful and thank you for not giving up when I walked into your store, hopeless that I will have to hand wash my dishes daily, whilst going to work full time and looking after my cute angels at the same time.
