Screwfix was so busy so I went into Toolstation first. I asked the assistant for advice on a plastic bayonet waste fitting having shown a picture of what I needed to do. He didn't attempt a search and said he couldn't help me because they were just retail, he then referred me to a plumbers merchant. I should have stuck to Screwfix first because I spoke to an extremely polite young lady named Emily who searched for the solution and was persistent until she got me exactly what I needed. It really was a pleasure dealing with this very professional member of staff.
