I used the dudley store after this and got excellent customer STAY CLEAR . Use the dudley branch instead

Bought a drill here 1 month ago used it today it broke , returned it for refund or credit note manager refused just wanted to replace the broken part , I refused he then called me a liar said I'd only bought ut to do a job and return it . He the told me he was going to physically remove me . At which point he realised he would not be able to do that and then called the police. Iv complained to head office about him Just a pathetic jobs worth who couldn't do anything other than call the police What an absolute fool

So good! Customer service was simply incredible. Jennifer was really helpful choosing a kitchen mixer tap. I wasn't sure what to get and yet Jen gave me her time and know-how to choose the perfect tap for us. The tap is incredible, it moves water into the sink keenly. Godbless Screwfix and its wonderful employees like Jennifer 💪👌
