The members of staff are friendly and pleasant. They are also efficient in getting what had been ordered and do not keep people waiting for ages. In our most recent visit, we commented upon one of your employee's nails as it appeared that she had them recently done. I do not recall her name, but she was helpful and friendly. Furthermore, someone named Olly assisted us with our order and he is very polite. Ordering items does not seem to be difficult at all. We also want to thank Viv as she recently did something extremely kind and it is very much appreciated.
