I had a clinician performed PCR, and the rest itself is fine. The clinician was efficient, friendly and helpful. But the '24hr test' is 24 hours from when the lab receives the sample. My sample, collected at 3:30, wasn't recieved by the lab until nearly 12:30 the next day. That's far too long and makes makes it near 48 hours. If you need your test turned around quickly, look elsewhere.

AVOID on doing TEST TO RELEASE with this company if you wish to get results asap. TTR samples are not anyhow prioritised and you will be left waiting till day 7-8 of your quarantine to get your results (what's the point even doing it). Choose different company if you expect results and not waste your money.

We choose screen 4 simply because it was a partner of TUI. We required a PCR test 48hrs before departure to our honeymoon destination Morocco. We didn't read any reviews and thank goodness else we wouldn't have chosen to use Screen 4 as going by them it would have scared us into using someone else. However our experience has been nothing but positive. We tracked the parcels with royal mail and they seemed to arrive efficiently at the Barnsley head office at 10.35am the day after we sent them. We had our email to say the lab had received them at 21:00hrs that same day and by midnight we had our certificates. With 18hrs left before departure we had sent and received our results. Very happy with the service provided by Screen 4.

I even begrudge giving one star but it won't let me give zero. Due on holiday 31/03, pcr submitted 3 days prior as requested. When I called day before my flight informed they didn't know where my test was and to get a test somewhere else. What should have been a relaxing beer in airport prior to flight instead was me forking out more money for an emergency test. Test results finally arrived from screen 4 on day 2 of my holiday. Have submitted two requests for refunds, happy to take your money but no replies to get it back. DREADFUL service don't use

I would put 0 if I could. Complete waste of money. 3 days of stress. The company didn't get the package even though proof of postage and refused to refund me. Had to get a 24 antigen test at the airport and pay additional money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! TUI SHOULD NOT BE RECOMMENDING THESE!!

We had our pre departure test done here at Sutton Coldfield (Birmingham) on 25th Feb this year. We were running late as our Sat nav took us to the wrong place (user error!!) We rang Mark at the main telephone number and he was so kind and understanding and he got in touch with Chloe at Sutton Coldfield. She very kindly waited for us. The test was done very efficiently and we received our results 7.30am the next morning. I would definitely recommend Screen4.

Please take my advice and DO NOT use this ‘service’. They provide poor quality kit that will produce a nil result. Both me and my wife were told we had both independently provided samples with ‘insufficient volume’ despite both of us being nurses with thirty plus years experience each. Complained and was fobbed off. Please use a better service for your own sake.

Sent 2 PCR tests back to Screen4 on a Saturday morning because we fly today (Tuesday) baring in mind we needed a test result that was less than 48 hours old so it gave us 72 hours longer than what was recommended for the results to come back and after all that me and my partner was refused boarding and told to wait almost by some miracle the results would come back so we waited 3 hours till boarding closed so now I have had to spend £90 on a taxi back home (never even received an email saying the lab has received our samples)
