Great service! Had a rear bumper that needed re spraying a bit on the pricey side as I paid £80 but to be fair the person there did tell me that I could do it for a tenner myself so I respect that, but given as I didn’t have the time or place to do it I rather let a professional do it so I paid for the service and it’s really great you would never be able to tell anything was wrong with it highly recommend nice and quick I came in at 7:50 am and it was done by around 12:00 am really happy with it!

My car suffered a bump while parked and unattended, although the other party kindly left his details. I didn't want to incur too high a cost for him, so went to Scratchmaster to see if they could repair at a reasonable cost. Nigel completely understood, booked me in at short notice on 26/8/22 and repaired the damage very effectively and at a fraction of the price I had expected. Nigel, you clearly take pride in your work and I'm very grateful.

We purchased a new (to us) car and failed to notice what appeared to be an impact damage and an abrasion to the roof.. The only answer was to take it to Scratchmaster for Nigel to have a look at - a firm I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone and have done for years. Took it in today to be dealt with and the issues were dealt within a couple of hours. Turns out it wasn’t impact damage or an abrasion, it was contaminant which was removed and the roof polished up. And out of the goodness of his heart, there was no charge. What more can you ask for?

I was advised that they could not do much beyond what I had already done to touch up some scratches. I was very pleased to be given honest advice rather than get ripped off which is the biggest worry with taking your car somewhere so I will definitely come back here if I get any other paint issues.

Took my car here in july last year as the reviews seemed pretty good. When i areived the damage was assessed and i was quoted £350 as the damagedl was really minor some paint had cracked near the side skirt i was told they will remive the side skirt then paint and reapply the sideskirt as the paint will crack again if not removed then painted they didn't do this they just painted the rear panel with the sideskirt still on noticed paint has cracked again so i called the garage told me to come down and basically fobbed me off saying will get back to you and tried saying they cant remember doing this instead of making stories up and excuses just say that your not willing to rectify the problem what aload of rubbish dont trust this garage they make excuses and fob you off and dont always listen to reviews
