I started using scratch last year after my nail lady of 10 years stopped doing nails. I was super nervous at my first appointment but there was no need to be! All the ladies are absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is so calm you instantly feel relaxed even after the worst of days… My nails had always been weaker without gels on however Elise recommended a slightly different way to do my nails which has made my nails so much stronger ♥️ I treated myself to a pedicure for my birthday and Chantel was incredible also. I’ve been visiting Scratch for a number of years now for manicures with Cassie, however, I’ve also had beauty treatments there too over the years as well as my wedding party prep. All of the girls are super friendly, they take the time to know each client and make you feel really welcome each time you visit. One of the best things about the salon is that your treatment always runs on time, it is extremely rare they will be running late! My nails always look great and last for ages.
