Dropped my black ford ranger pick up in for a small scrape and dent on rear quarter and asked if it could be touched up, was told no as they would not do touch up because they would only do a propper job. Booked in and collecit day after, it was a dull rainy day when i collected but a few days after when i washed my pick up i noticed the paint was dull and did not match, took it back and was told it just needed buffing so booked in again. When my wife took it back they were only going to buff a small part of the back quarter and sha had to ask for the wole back quarter to be buffed so it would match. I have just had my pick up pollished and the back quarter still doesn't look rite its more of a smokey black rather than deep glossy black like the rest of the car, not really happy with the job but just cant face having to take it back and be without my car for another two days.

Complete bodge job, all lacquer flaking off after 2 weeks, took it back and Sean reluctantly did parts of it again but a few months on all the paint work he did has flaked off, another body shop had told me that it wasn't prepared properly, parts badly masked instead of been took off, what a waist of money going to Sean, very disappointed and wouldn't want to go back because his attitude stinks and he's very confrontational.

After some *^** opened their door, dented my car then drove off last Sunday. I visited Sean on Monday. He booked me in on Wednesday and the dent was gone! He even fitted me in today for taking out 3 chips. The quality of both jobs is second to none. Good value and fantastic service. The car looks like new again. I would totally recommend Scratch & Dent.
