I went into scrapless this week to find some eco friendly skin care products. The lady in the shop was so friendly, helpful and genuine and helped me pick a few products which I'm loving using. She also gave me a free sample of some cleanser to try before buying - so generous! Excellent customer service and I love that we have this planet friendly shop in Burgess Hill. I'll be back!
